2. About the Opportunity:
The Delivery Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure high-quality data delivery and seamless project execution. This role requires analytical rigor, problem-solving, and coordination across teams to maintain data accuracy, monitor workflow health, and resolve bottlenecks. The position plays a key role in enabling the organization to deliver reliable AI training data and maintain production efficiency, directly impacting project success and customer satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Technical Delivery Manager to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Engage with Expert Contributors to ensure high-quality dataset delivery
• Conduct quality reviews to maintain annotation accuracy and consistency
• Monitor pipeline health and implement proactive solutions to prevent bottlenecks
• Track project progress through data analysis and reporting
• Develop documentation for labeling guidelines and operational processes
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve blockers and sustain production efficiency
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and key insights
4. Requirements:
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and strong data analysis skills
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Bonus points for:• Familiarity with data annotation pipelines and machine learning workflows
• Experience with SQL or other database languages
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
• Degree or interest in analytics-related fields such as Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Analytics
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• In the United States, the target annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000
• In Mexico, the target monthly salary range for this remote position is $3,000 to $5,000 (USD)
