About the Opportunity
The Data Entry Processor is responsible for accurately entering, scanning, and processing medical claims and related documents. This role supports the organization’s operations by ensuring data is classified, verified, and transmitted according to client requirements. It requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Key and docu-type medical claims accurately into the internal database systems.
  • Document Management: Sort, scan, and process incoming documents received in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform systematic quality checks on processed data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Classification and Transmission: Classify documents correctly and ensure secure, timely transmission to clients.
  • Client Specifications: Capture specific information from fields and documents based on unique client requirements and guidelines.
  • Operational Support: Perform additional administrative and data duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Ability to pass a standard data entry typing test. High attention to detail and accuracy under speed.
  • Background and Compliance: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test.
  • Age and Eligibility: At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: Starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
  • Annual Salary Range: Estimated annual salary range of $26,600 to $33,250.
  • Incentives: May be eligible for additional bonuses or performance incentives based on ongoing business needs.
