2. About the Opportunity:The Corporate Events Manager is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth in the U.S. by executing the organization’s corporate event strategy. This role manages high-profile events including an annual customer conference, road shows, internal company milestones, and supports trade shows and industry conferences. The position ensures event plans align with business objectives and contribute to accelerating sales pipeline.
3. Responsibilities:• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings.
• Coordinate logistics, branding, vendors, venues, registration, and onsite event execution.
• Assist with event budgeting, contract negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and business development teams to align events with goals.
• Support virtual and hybrid event execution to maximize audience engagement.
• Track event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and aid post-event analysis.
• Ensure a seamless experience for attendees, partners, and sponsors through effective planning.
4. Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of corporate event planning experience, preferably in B2B tech or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage corporate events, trade shows, and meetings from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination.
• Experience with budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, Asana, and virtual event software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to delivering event experiences aligned with brand and business objectives.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• New York / California: $140,000 - $170,000 plus equity
• Central US: $115,000 - $135,000 plus equity
• Salary Range: $115,000—$170,000 USD
