About the Opportunity:The Business Operations Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects with full ownership, focusing on advancing strategic initiatives related to go-to-market and operations. This remote, US-based role requires navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems, translating data into actionable insights, and influencing teams across the organization. The position is key to scaling operations and maintaining a culture of excellence by aligning resources and stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish with limited guidance.
• Identify and resolve project-specific challenges, addressing inefficiencies and creating new processes.
• Develop and implement project cadences and reporting structures to monitor progress against business goals.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align resources and influence strategy.
• Drive process improvements and scale effective solutions across the organization.
4. Requirements:• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles with proven impact.
• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver clear insights while exercising good judgment in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in hypothesis development, handling data limitations, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering collaboration and building trusted relationships within a diverse organization.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000—$185,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Specific salary details will be provided during the hiring process.
