2. About the Opportunity:The Business Intelligence Analyst Sr - Data Visualization transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights by designing automated dashboards and reporting solutions. This role is essential for creating scalable data reporting frameworks and BI tools that improve consistency and efficiency across the organization. It bridges data and strategy by applying visualization principles to present data simply and effectively to diverse audiences.
3. Responsibilities:• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with best practices in data visualization
• Query and prepare data from Snowflake using SQL to support visualizations
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help design and implement scalable data reporting frameworks and BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable solutions
• Support automation of reporting workflows using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Airflow
• Document visualization standards and best practices for maintainability and scalability
4. Requirements:• 6 to 8 years of experience with Power BI and analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization, and automation
• Experience developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus qualifications:• Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, or actuarial domains
• Expertise in strategic planning and market intelligence
• Proven record of developing automated reporting and analytics solutions
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range for this role is $100,900 to $157,800, determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location
• Some positions may be eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings as defined by the compensation plan
