About the Opportunity:The Business Analyst role supports the product management team by collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap. This position plays a key role in enhancing operational and clinical efficiencies through innovative product development that improves member experiences and reduces employer costs. The analyst works closely with an Associate Product Manager to support products that impact the overall member experience.
3. Responsibilities:• Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
• Investigate and propose technical solutions for data errors within the technology stack.
• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Assist in developing business requirements and specifications for roadmap items.
• Review tickets to identify misintent after quality assurance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for high-impact product enhancements.
• Support user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with the Associate Product Manager to manage backlog, refinement, and planning.
• Aid in planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy.
• Adhere to the organization''s Code of Conduct including reporting noncompliance.
4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an analyst, software engineering, or related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Experience with Github or similar repositories.
• Knowledge of Python preferred.
• Strong communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with solid project management abilities.
• Understanding of common data exchange methods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Demonstrates intellectual and professional curiosity.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Remote, US Salary Range: $62,000—$98,000 USD
• New York, NY Salary Range: $78,400—$98,000 USD
• Denver, CO Salary Range: $71,600—$89,500 USD
