Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Greater Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, creating and delivering presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. Qualifications
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong market research and business analysis abilities
Proficiency in preparing presentations and generating sales reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts
Knowledge of industrial lubricants, sustainable energy, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
