Re:Fill operates smart, unattended beverage machines across high-traffic locations such as universities, transit hubs, stadiums, hospitals, offices, and community facilities. We handle daily operations end-to-end and are expanding into Las Vegas, Nevada.

**The Role **

Experience in Outbound Sales, combined with Business Development or Project Management experience would be the ideal candidate.

We are looking for someone proactive and personable, with a successful track record of reaching out to and bringing in new clients, rather than just maintaining pre-existing clients.

You will be a leader of our Las Vegas rollout, working directly alongside our CEO and BODs — securing new clients, locations and assisting with early-stage operations. As our product expands in not only Las Vegas, but America as a whole and as our team grows, you’ll help build the local routine and team.

**Key Responsibilities **

**Business Development / Location Acquisition **

- Identify, prospect, and secure high-quality locations (property management, offices, campuses, gyms, community centers, transit-adjacent sites, etc.)

- Run the full partnership cycle: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → agreement → installation coordination

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with weekly updates and clear next steps

**What Success Looks Like **

- Scalable expansion with consistent new location launches

- Strong partner relationships built on trust

- High service quality and performance across every market

**Requirements **

- 2–5+ years experience in B2B sales / business development / account management, ideally with field operations exposure

- Comfortable being hands-on and working in a fast-moving environment

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Organized and data-driven: able to track pipeline and operational KPIs

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

**Compensation **

- Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Stock Options
