**Position Overview **

The Sales Director leads Redwood Outdoors’ national sales organization, overseeing Inside Sales and multiple retail showroom locations while owning overall sales performance. This role manages leaders, drives process improvement, and supports showroom expansion through hiring, training, and launch execution, with up to 50% travel.

**Key Responsibilities **~~ ~~

- Own the performance and growth of all sales channels, including Inside Sales (phone-based team) and multiple retail showroom locations nationwide.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organization by managing managers across inside sales and showroom teams.

- Establish and drive clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards across all teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
