Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson/Realtor based in Berwyn, IL. The position combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing client relationships, conducting property showings, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The Salesperson/Realtor will also collaborate with the team and utilize company resources and technology to drive success.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of property market trends, research, and analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate tools and technology
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus
