Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson/Realtor based in Berwyn, IL. The position combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing client relationships, conducting property showings, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The Salesperson/Realtor will also collaborate with the team and utilize company resources and technology to drive success. Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
In-depth knowledge of property market trends, research, and analysis
Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Proficiency in using real estate tools and technology
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
