We are seeking a Test Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet performance, security, and quality standards. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify, document, and report defects found during testing and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that new code does not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing scenarios.
  • Track and maintain defect logs, ensuring that issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Verify that bug fixes and enhancements meet the requirements specified in the project.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing scripts and frameworks, particularly for automated tests.
  • Ensure testing complies with best practices and relevant standards.
  • Assist in preparing test reports and documentation to present findings to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Help improve overall testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role (1-3 years).
  • Experience with manual testing and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium , JMeter , TestComplete ).
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies .
  • Strong understanding of test management tools (e.g., JIRA , TestRail , Quality Center ).
  • Experience with defect tracking and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git , SVN ) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with performance testing or security testing is a plus.
