🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Help implement business strategies and ensure the team adheres to set goals and standards.
  • Monitor inventory, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient use and prevent shortages.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Support the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure the team complies with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports related to business performance, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
  • Support the manager in scheduling, planning, and delegating tasks as required.
  • Take the lead in the manager’s absence and ensure smooth operations during their absence.

✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (1-3 years).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer service-focused with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Proactive, with a hands-on approach to managing both staff and operations.
