Company Description Rancho San Gregorio is a 127-acre regenerative research farm located in the Bay Area, committed to advancing sustainable agriculture through innovative technology and practices. Our mission is to build healthy soil, support the local community, and foster a resilient future for food and farming. By prioritizing the health of our land and fostering meaningful partnerships, we aim to be a key player in sustainable food systems. Role Description The Farm Manager is responsible for the health and maintenance of livestock, field crops, orchards, and greenhouses. We are a research farm, so the ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude and willing to try (and sometimes fail) new things untraditional to the mainstream farming industry. As a startup, this is a great opportunity to be a part of early-stage innovative conservation efforts to better our planet, with substantial room to grow with the company. Role Details
