Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Accountant will handle financial records, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, processing invoices, and conducting financial analysis. The role contributes to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the organization’s overall financial health.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Payroll Management, Tax Preparation, and Compliance
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar accounting role is preferred
