Role Description Radnor is looking for a creative, driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll own the organic social media strategy and execution across Radnor and its portfolio of market-leading brands. If you have a passion for social media marketing and are ready to take the next step in your career — owning the storytelling for a family of brands — this role is for you. You do not need experience in construction, roofing, or home services. What we care about is that you know how to create engaging content while retaining and elevating a brand's values, voice, and what makes them unique. You'll spend meaningful time in the field, traveling to our partner locations to capture the real stories happening on job sites and in communities across the country — meeting crews, documenting transformations, and building social presences that are both brand-aligned and native to the channels you're building on. What You'll Be Responsible For: Social Strategy & Content Planning
Build upon and manage the social media strategy and content calendar for Radnor corporate and all portfolio brand accounts — keeping each brand's voice distinct while creating scalable processes for content production.
Plan and execute engaging content across core channels, while identifying opportunities to repurpose/retool content for company halo channels like Youtube and LinkedIn.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to align organic content with broader marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and paid social efforts.
Field Content Capture & Brand Storytelling
Travel to Radnor's brand partner locations (60–70% travel) to capture authentic content — job site progress, homeowner transformations, company culture, local events, and the moments that make each brand unique.
Shoot, edit and post short-form social-ready video and photography captured in the field.
Stay plugged into what's relevant locally so each brand shows up in a way that resonates with their local community.
When / if applicable, serve as the point of contact for local social influencers and collaborative content creators.
Community Engagement & Reputation Care
Implement strategies to drive content organic reach through community engagement.
Monitor online brand sentiment using the company's social media management platform.
Analytics, Reporting & Playbook Development
Plan, track, and report expenses attributed to your travel and budget.
Utilize Radnor provided tracking tools to track and deliver clear monthly reports on channel engagement, growth, and other KPIs.
