Location: Greenwich, Connecticut - Hybrid - 1 Day in Office Reports to: Senior Director of Talent Acquisition We are seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to play a key role in driving full-cycle executive recruiting while acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and executives. This role will focus heavily on Corporate Executive Recruiting, supporting VP, SVP, and C-Suite level searches across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has experience managing complex, high-visibility searches with discretion and urgency. Someone coming from a retained or contingency executive search agency background is highly preferred. What you’ll do:
Own full-cycle executive recruiting for VP, SVP, and C-Suite level roles across corporate functions
Partner closely with senior executives and hiring leaders to develop search strategies, market mapping, and talent insights
Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams throughout the search and selection process
Drive a high-touch candidate experience while managing confidential and complex searches
Mentor recruiters and share best practices around executive recruiting and sourcing strategies
Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning and long-term talent pipeline initiatives
Track recruiting metrics and market trends to inform hiring decisions and executive talent strategy
Represent the company externally through networking events, industry partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
What you’ll bring:
8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Executive Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting
Must have experience managing full-cycle recruiting for VP and C-Suite level roles
Prior executive search firm or agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives and stakeholders
Strong sourcing, networking, and talent mapping capabilities
Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate with urgency, professionalism, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
