Quantum Career Transition has been retained to assist with the opening of multiple locations around the United States for a fast growing pizza by the slice fast casual restaurant. We are in the process of identifying high-priority candidates to own and operate one or more of these locations.
About The Company
This is an established Canadian pizza brand that has been refining its system since 1999 and is now bringing its concept to the U.S. market.
The company has grown to well over 100 locations in Canada and is now opening its first U.S. stores, starting in Texas, while continuing to pursue growth in key markets across the United States. This offers a chance to join an emerging system in the U.S. that is already supported by years of Canadian operating experience with a defined operating model.
The brand focuses on a compact restaurant footprint, typically about 600–1,600 square feet with limited seating and a strong emphasis on carry-out and delivery service for year-round operations.
Guests choose from pizza by the slice, whole pizzas with unlimited toppings at one price, and convenient delivery, creating multiple day parts and visit occasions.
All dough is prepared at a central dough production facility and is shipped ready to use to each location.
Day In The Life
As the owner/president your day is typically a mix of in-store leadership, operations oversight, and local relationship-building. For you or your general manager most days start with reviewing sales from the prior day, checking inventory levels, and ensuring dough, toppings, and supplies are ready for the first rush.
During operating hours, you or your general manager typically oversees food preparation and service quality, aligns the team on customer service standards, and monitors key metrics through the POS system. Much of the day involves supervising slice production and whole-pizza orders, managing delivery platforms, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health, safety, and brand standards as detailed in the operations manual.
Between rush periods, you or your general manager often focuses on scheduling, hiring and training team members, and coordinating with the corporate office for marketing and operational initiatives. You may also engage in local-store marketing, such as connecting with nearby businesses or community groups, while keeping an eye on food costs, waste, and inventory replenishment through approved suppliers.
Toward closing, you or your general manager ensures proper cash reconciliation, inventory checks, cleaning, and prep for the next day, often using the corporate systems and reporting templates. Over time, multi-unit owners who receive approval to place full-time managers may shift more of their day toward oversight, coaching, and development of multiple locations while still remaining actively engaged in the business.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and willing to follow operational, design, and brand guidelines, including working with designated suppliers for construction, equipment, and key food items like proprietary dough. A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to build repeat business through consistent guest experiences are important, given the by-the-slice and delivery nature of the concept.
