Quality Glass & Design of The Upstate. Frameless shower enclosures, custom railings, wine cellars, and the occasional thing nobody’s tried before. Greenville, SC. Owner-operated. Growing faster than the back office can keep up with.
The Role
Back office for a glass company that lives mostly on jobsites. Quoting, scheduling, customer follow-ups, invoicing, keeping the inbox from becoming a graveyard. About 15-20 hours a week. Remote works.
You’d own the seat. The systems are clean. The job is running them and sharpening them where they need it.
Who This Is For
Someone who reads a process and runs it without being micromanaged. Notices what’s broken before being told. Closes loops. Likes structured work and doesn’t need to be the loudest person in the room.
Bonus if you’ve worked in trades, construction, or AP before. Not required.
Who This Isn’t For
Looking to climb a ladder fast. Need constant feedback to stay motivated. Treat admin work as something to graduate out of.
