Requirements
- Active, fully independent license in good standing (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Ability to practice independently (no supervision required)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
Compensation Options
Model 1: Pay-Per-Session
Model 2: Split Model (1099)
- 70/30 split (clinician/organization)
- Average net collection per 60-minute session: $87 – $180 (varies by payer)
