About the Role The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting daily operations, engineering development, and customer‑facing project management. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, solutions‑oriented, and excited to help shape the future of a growing composites company. Key Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day manufacturing and production activities
Design fixtures, tooling platforms, mold frames, and composite assemblies
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite tooling and part production
Manage engineering projects from concept through completion
Communicate directly with customers to provide schedules, technical updates, and weekly progress reports
Assist with all other engineering functions across the facility as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and workflow
What We Are Looking For
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (composites experience is a major plus)
Proficiency in CAD design (Rhino)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment
