About the role
We’re hiring: Intake, Operations, & Financial Management Lead
Seeking a strong operations and program management professional to support enterprise AI and no/low-code initiatives.
Key responsibilities:• Manage intake operations and ensure requests are routed to the appropriate execution teams
• Oversee program administration including status reporting, milestone tracking, and record maintenance
• Manage portfolio financials including forecast vs. spend reporting and coordination with finance teams
• Support governance and operating model alignment across AI, automation, and platform initiatives
• Own ongoing SPM operations, portfolio tracking, and reporting
• Help establish scalable processes, structure, and repeatable operating practices
• Define and track portfolio value realization metrics
Ideal background:• Program/portfolio operations experience
• Strong financial and reporting management skills
• Experience with enterprise technology, AI, automation, or no/low-code environments
• Ability to build operational structure in fast-moving environments
