Private Equity Sourcing & Operations Analyst If you’re coming out of a top program with strong internships and want exposure to private equity—but prefer building, analyzing, and driving activity behind the scenes rather than chasing a traditional deal path—this is a unique seat to consider. Build and maintain target lists, pipeline tracking, and prospect mapping across sectors and themes
Partner with investors to support outbound sourcing efforts and business development initiatives
Leverage AI tools and data platforms to enhance sourcing workflows, research, and opportunity identification
Conduct company and market research to surface actionable insights and trends
Help manage and optimize CRM systems and sourcing infrastructure
Track interactions, maintain clean data, and ensure visibility into pipeline activity
Support broader sourcing operations and strategic initiatives as the team scales
🔹 What They’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience (including internships), ideally with exposure to private equity, investment banking, consulting, or high-performance environments
Strong academic background from a top-tier university
Highly detail-oriented with a willingness to own execution and dig into the work
Interest in private markets and business development , even if not pursuing a traditional deal role
Comfortable working with data, systems, and tools (experience with CRM platforms or AI tools is a plus )
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
Self-starter mindset with drive, curiosity, and low ego
