Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager based in Tuscaloosa, AL. The District Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the district. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving overall sales growth. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service, achieving district goals, and fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Strong strategic planning, sales strategy execution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with performance monitoring, goal setting, and budgeting
  • Customer relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Background in retail management or sales management, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
  • Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
