We’re hiring a Head of Solutions Engineering, Americas for a client in the cloud-native networking infrastructure space .
This role will lead technical engagements with service provider customers, owning the end-to-end technical validation lifecycle and helping translate modern, software-led networking architectures into production-ready deployments .

We’re hiring a Head of Solutions Engineering, Americas for a client in the cloud-native networking infrastructure space .
This role will lead technical engagements with service provider customers, owning the end-to-end technical validation lifecycle and helping translate modern, software-led networking architectures into production-ready deployments .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design (HLD/LLD) for:
- IP/MPLS edge
- BNG/BRAS
- CGNAT deployments
- Own the POC lifecycle (lab validation → field trials → production cutovers)
- Define automation strategies , including:
- API-led integrations
- Telemetry-driven operations
- Serve as the technical authority across strategic accounts and early deployments
- Act as the Voice of the Customer , translating operator needs into product feedback
- Support customers through real-world operational challenges and escalations
Ideal Profile
Must Have:
- 12–15+ years in service provider networking
- Deep expertise in:
- IP/MPLS edge
- BNG/BRAS
- CGNAT (including failure modes and observability)
- Hands-on experience taking solutions from design → lab → trial → production
- Strong understanding of:
- Network automation
- APIs, NetConf/YANG
- Telemetry-led operations
- Ability to engage both network architects and business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within an ISP / MSO environment
- Familiarity with Broadcom-based silicon ecosystems and white-box hardware
- Hands-on experience with container-based / cloud-native networking setups , especially for POCs, demos, and customer environments
