Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams to create, maintain, and publish high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with structured authoring tools, and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Create, edit, and publish technical content across multiple platforms including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help systems.
  • Author and maintain documentation using XML, Markdown, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ensure documentation aligns with organizational writing standards and publication guidelines.
  • Manage the complete documentation review lifecycle, including collecting, organizing, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation projects within established timelines.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to documentation workflows and publishing processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal business partners and external customers.
  • Work with authoring and publishing tools such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Support content localization and maintain documentation consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, Markdown, and PDF publishing.
  • Familiarity with technical publication standards such as MSTP or Chicago Manual of Style.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn CMS and authoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with API specification documentation.
  • Knowledge of content localization processes.
  • Prior experience in technical writing, content management, or documentation publishing environments.
