Job Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will implement and optimize processes across the company to support business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and improve operational processes for maximum efficiency

- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support

- Analyze business requirements and customer needs

- Research methods to streamline operations and reduce costs

- Monitor and report on department performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Apply analytical skills and creativity to solve operational challenges

- Communicate effectively with team members via email, IM, chat, and phone

Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

- Excellent project management skills

- Knowledge of operational principles and policies

- Analytical mindset with a focus on growth

- Team-oriented and collaborative

- Previous experience in operations or a similar role

- Super organized (Super with a capital “S”!)

- Extreme attention to detail

- Confident to ask questions—and ask again if needed

- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

- Proactive and self-motivated

- Tech-savvy with strong understanding of online systems and tools

- Quick learner for new software and technologies
