We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help support our growing brand and day-to-day operations. Position Overview This is an in-house, full-time W2 position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are not looking for a marketing agency, remote-only freelancer, or outsourced social media management company. We are seeking someone who will become an integral part of the Premier Sims team — someone who can actively participate in day-to-day operations, help create content onsite, assist with scheduling and coordination, and contribute to the overall growth and organization of the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing both marketing and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will assist with marketing initiatives, social media management, client communication, scheduling, showroom coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a premium client experience. A love for golf, technology, sports entertainment, and social media marketing is a major plus. A Day in the Life No two days are exactly the same at Premier Sims. One morning may involve coordinating a luxury golf simulator installation with builders and clients, while the afternoon could include filming behind-the-scenes content for social media, launching a Facebook ad campaign, or preparing for a showroom event. Typical responsibilities may include:
Managing and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Creating and managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
Capturing and editing photo/video content of projects, showroom demonstrations, and installations
Assisting with lead follow-up, customer communication, and appointment scheduling
Coordinating calendars, meetings, consultations, and showroom visits
Supporting marketing campaigns, events, and builder/designer outreach initiatives
Maintaining organization within CRM systems, project notes, and operational workflows
Assisting ownership and project managers with administrative and operational tasks
Helping ensure projects, schedules, and client communication stay organized and on track
Creating a polished and professional customer experience both online and in-person
Working closely with the team while also being able to take initiative and work independently
