If you’re passionate about LEAN methodologies, love solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work makes a visible impact, this is your opportunity to lead transformation at scale. 💡 About the Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be the catalyst for delivering process innovation, leading cross-functional initiatives, and embedding a culture of LEAN thinking throughout the organization. You’ll be hands-on —facilitating Kaizen events, mentoring LEAN champions, streamlining workflows, and ensuring projects deliver measurable, sustainable results. 📌 What You’ll Do
Drive the development and execution of the site’s continuous improvement strategy
Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, and improve productivity and quality
Facilitate Kaizen events and LEAN workshops focused on key performance improvements
Build and mentor a network of internal LEAN champions
Reduce complexity and help teams discover smarter, better ways of working
Oversee project governance, ensure measurable results, and conduct post-implementation reviews
Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions
Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic manufacturing environment
🎓 What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or business analytics
Experience with motion control, web handling, or processing/testing equipment is a plus
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to successful implementation
Hands-on experience building and executing continuous improvement frameworks
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to run DOE, leverage lean methodologies, and use PDCA in a fast-paced plant environment
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the business
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and communicate in a noisy manufacturing setting
Ability to travel up to 10%
