📌 What You’ll Do
- Drive the development and execution of the site’s continuous improvement strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, and improve productivity and quality
- Facilitate Kaizen events and LEAN workshops focused on key performance improvements
- Build and mentor a network of internal LEAN champions
- Reduce complexity and help teams discover smarter, better ways of working
- Oversee project governance, ensure measurable results, and conduct post-implementation reviews
- Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic manufacturing environment
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or business analytics
- Experience with motion control, web handling, or processing/testing equipment is a plus
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to successful implementation
- Hands-on experience building and executing continuous improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to run DOE, leverage lean methodologies, and use PDCA in a fast-paced plant environment
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and communicate in a noisy manufacturing setting
- Ability to travel up to 10%
