Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with Microsoft Fabric experience to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture, data engineering, and modern cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on designing scalable and efficient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement data architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Define and enforce data modeling standards, governance, and best practices
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and BI teams to enable seamless data access and reporting
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across systems
  • Optimize performance and scalability of data platforms
  • Support migration of legacy systems to modern data platforms (Fabric / Azure ecosystem)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
  • Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational)
  • ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments
  • Exposure to real-time data processing and analytics
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed systems
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional and global teams

  • Candidates on GC, USC, L2S, H4 EAD, TN, OPT EAD are encouraged to apply
  • Must be open to relocation across the USA or willing to work in key states such as New Jersey, New York, etc.
