Job Summary
We are seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in Boca Raton, Florida . This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently . This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensedpharmacist
- Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patientpickup
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
- Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacistcheck
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician licenserequired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medicationpreparation
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillmentenvironments
- Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for dailyresponsibilities
- Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
- Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment
