Job Summary We are seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in Boca Raton, Florida . This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently . This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensedpharmacist
Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patientpickup
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacistcheck
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
Active Florida Pharmacy Technician licenserequired
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medicationpreparation
Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillmentenvironments
Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for dailyresponsibilities
Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment
