This is a part-time remote position for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PraeHire. The CEO will lead the strategic vision and direction of the company, oversee daily operations, and ensure the organization's objectives align with its mission of delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Responsibilities include financial oversight, business planning, fostering growth through strategic partnerships, and maintaining a customer-centric focus across all teams. Note stipends are not fixed. The CEO will collaborate with leadership teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and the ability to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- Proven track record in Sales and experience cultivating client relationships and driving business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of Strategic Planning to set and execute long-term organizational goals.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on team building and motivation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
