Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Data Science Specialist based in Allentown, PA. The Data Science Specialist will apply data science techniques to analyze, interpret, and manage large datasets to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include data analysis, statistical modeling, identifying trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Data Analysis for processing and interpreting complex datasets
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in applying Statistics to drive insights and solutions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and software to present findings effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data interpretations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the energy sector or a similar field is a plus
