Travel nationwide, spending extended time (10–14 weeks) leading projects in different markets
Take ownership of high-visibility retail and commercial renovations

What You’ll DoYou will lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring execution, safety, and quality standards are met at every phase.
Manage day-to-day job site operations from mobilization through completion
Interpret project manuals, drawings, and specifications to drive execution
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to meet deadlines
Identify risks, adjust plans, and implement solutions to maintain progress
Ensure all work aligns with design intent while adapting to field conditions
Lead RFIs, inspections, and permitting processes through project closeout
Maintain accurate daily reporting, including progress updates and photos
Oversee final project completion and client handoff
This role includes approximately 20% hands-on work to support project execution as needed. Leadership Responsibilities
Direct field staff and subcontractors to ensure productivity and accountability
Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays
Enforce safety standards and lead weekly toolbox talks
Inspect work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
What You Bring
3+ years in a supervisory role within construction
5+ years of experience in a relevant trade or field environment
Strong understanding of commercial or retail construction processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Experience with project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively and work nights/weekends as required
Ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
Travel & Work Expectations
Travel assignments typically range from 10–14 weeks at a time
Air travel is required
