- Greet all guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Create a welcoming, premium experience for every customer and visitor
- Assist with directing guests to the appropriate departments and personnel
- Ensure customer waiting and reception areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Offer beverages and assist with guest comfort and accommodations when appropriate
- Maintain awareness of showroom activity and assist with guest flow
- Support customer events, dealership activities, and special functions
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries as needed
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Porsche brand
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, customer service, or guest relations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
- Weekend availability may be required
- Basic computer skills preferred
