Position Summary
We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support clients throughout their travel experience by ensuring clear communication, organized planning, and a smooth coordination process. This role focuses on delivering consistent service and assisting with travel-related needs from initial inquiry through completion of travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a support contact for client questions and travel-related requests
  • Coordinate reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components
  • Ensure all travel details are confirmed, accurate, and properly documented
  • Communicate updates and important information to clients in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with travel partners to support booking and scheduling needs
  • Monitor upcoming travel arrangements and assist with adjustments as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable using online tools and reservation systems
  • Dependable and self-directed in a remote work setting
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or administrative coordination is helpful
