Position Summary We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support clients throughout their travel experience by ensuring clear communication, organized planning, and a smooth coordination process. This role focuses on delivering consistent service and assisting with travel-related needs from initial inquiry through completion of travel. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a support contact for client questions and travel-related requests
Coordinate reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components
Ensure all travel details are confirmed, accurate, and properly documented
Communicate updates and important information to clients in a timely manner
Collaborate with travel partners to support booking and scheduling needs
Monitor upcoming travel arrangements and assist with adjustments as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable using online tools and reservation systems
Dependable and self-directed in a remote work setting
Background in customer service, hospitality, or administrative coordination is helpful
