Responsibilities
- Support in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Engage directly with customers to explain products, services, and current promotions
- Help create positive customer experiences and build brand awareness
- Work within partnered retail locations and event-based campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Assist with campaign setup, customer feedback, and event coordination
- Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude while representing client brands
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Outgoing, coachable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to local work locations
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
