THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring our first outbound Sales Specialist. But this is more than just a sales position. This is a relationship-first role — equal parts business acquisition and account management. You are not closing deals at a desk. You are building the kind of industry relationships that produce long-term, recurring partnerships.
You will be on the road. You will be at the events. You will be the person that agents, ISOs, and independent reps call when they have a merchant that needs a solution — because you built that trust before they ever needed it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain a pipeline of agent, ISO, and merchant services relationships in the high-risk and specialty payments space
Represent PlushPay at industry conferences and events — expect 70-100+ days of travel annually
Pre-book 10+ meetings per conference and host private dinners and 1-on-1s with key contacts
Negotiate residual split partnerships with agent counterparts
Qualify merchant opportunities and submit to operations — all approvals go through our internal team
Manage existing agent and merchant relationships proactively — no account goes 30 days without contact
Expand into new verticals and events as the company scales
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An existing network of agents, ISOs, or high-risk merchant services contacts — this is non-negotiable
Fluency in high-risk verticals: nutraceuticals, peptides, sweepstakes, telemedicine, adult, gaming, CBD, and others
Real working knowledge of residual splits, reserve structures, chargebacks, and MID management
A personality people remember — you build genuine relationships, not transactional ones
High energy and hungry to build something — not coast through it
Self-directed — you generate your own activity without waiting for leads
Excited about travel and conference culture — 100+ days per year on the road is a feature, not a downside
COMPENSATION
Base Salary + Travel Expenses
Strong Residual Commissions
Quarterly Performance Bonuses
