WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy
- Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers
- Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders
- Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc
OUR MUST HAVES:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Customer service focus with strong communication skills
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to learn and grow within the role
- Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation
- Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
