Associate (Mechanical) – Mission critical/ Healthcare | Boston(Hybrid) Join a leading engineering firm based in Boston working on large scale Infrastructureprojects . We’re looking for a motivatedAssociate Mechanical to support the design and delivery of high-performance critical infrastructure. ⚡Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Department Head to create initial design concepts and oversee projects through to final delivery
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
Lead the preparation and review of all project documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion
Maintain high technical and operational standards across all project deliverables
Clearly communicate and present design solutions in both client-facing and internal meetings
Coordinate project teams effectively to ensure deadlines and design objectives are achieved
Manage design modifications, approvals, and project change processes from initiation through implementation
Deliver multiple renovation/fit-out projects and large-scale complex developments successfully from planning through completion
⚡Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related discipline
8–14 years of relevant engineering experience within the built environment sector
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software and calculation tools, including platforms such as Revit and AutoCAD
Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively with strong organisational and team management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of discipline-specific project scopes, applicable industry codes, and cross-functional coordination requirements
