Manage projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring quality and client expectations are exceeded
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts in the Dallas market
Collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, and civil teams on fully integrated MEP designs

Deep knowledge of electrical systems: medium and low voltage power distribution, emergency/standby power, UPS, switchgear, PDUs, and lighting
Familiarity with codes and standards relevant to mission-critical environments (NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 110, BICSI, Uptime Institute Tier standards)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams, with experience mentoring junior engineers
Strong client-facing skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
