What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and coordinate the enterprise-wide ITSM program across various business channels
- Plan, execute, and support processes related to Global ITSM transformation initiatives
- Direct project activities, manage risks, and communicate status to senior executives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in program management within IT service management

- Experience in executing strategic asset management processes
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
