What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and create executable project plans
- Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking progress in Jira and facilitating project rituals
- Analyze data across multiple sources to support planning, prioritization, and budget alignment
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within data, analytics, or platform engineering environments
- Hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., TPM, data engineer, analytics engineer, analyst, engineering manager)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party technology partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
