What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and create executable project plans
  • Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking progress in Jira and facilitating project rituals
  • Analyze data across multiple sources to support planning, prioritization, and budget alignment
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within data, analytics, or platform engineering environments
  • Hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., TPM, data engineer, analytics engineer, analyst, engineering manager)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party technology partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
