What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and create executable project plans
Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking progress in Jira and facilitating project rituals
Analyze data across multiple sources to support planning, prioritization, and budget alignment
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within data, analytics, or platform engineering environments
Hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., TPM, data engineer, analytics engineer, analyst, engineering manager)
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party technology partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
