What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with business SMEs to identify and develop digital capabilities and solutions
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders
- Define the vision and roadmap for digital products, including business cases and expected value
- Facilitate end-user adoption of digital capabilities, providing training and support
- Ensure business solutions are effectively deployed and continuously improved
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or relevant functions
- Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and writing user stories
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of operational business processes within Supply Chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar data and analytics tools
- Strong digital product management experience, including data science and intelligent automation solutions
- Scrum Alliance certification (e.g., Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster)
- Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack
