What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage large and high-visibility projects, ensuring they meet performance indicators set by clients or internally
- Implement and monitor a quality control system for all assigned projects
- Forecast fee revenue monthly and track resource requirements for ongoing projects
- Assist in developing strategic plans and implementing programs for growth within the Business Unit
- Build and maintain quality relationships with clients while collaborating with other Business Units
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree
- 12+ years of overall work experience, including 8+ years in the electric utility, power delivery, or transmission and distribution industry
- At least 8+ years of experience with an electric utility company or an engineering consulting firm supporting power infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering projects related to electrical distribution and/or transmission systems
- MBA or advanced technical degree and registration as a professional engineer are preferred

- Experience in business development activities and proposal preparation
- Familiarity with project profitability and client satisfaction metrics
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication skills for effective client presentations
- Ability to identify and develop key talent within the organization
