What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a key resource for the PMO, fostering relationships between IT and various customer constituencies
- Ensure the efficient operation of systems to support financial success and market growth strategies
- Establish and maintain communication channels between business units, IT, and stakeholders
- Develop large-scale project plans that address key issues, approaches, performance metrics, and required resources
- Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and CyberSecurity professionals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and toolsets such as waterfall, agile, and scrum
- Experience with planning, issue escalation, problem resolution, and metrics reporting
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project Management experience in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years of functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations
- Experience managing multi-hospital projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
