What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies
- Develop and maintain project plans that outline key issues, performance metrics, and resource requirements
- Foster relationships between IT and various customer constituencies, including patients and clinical staff
- Supervise project resources and ensure efficient operations to support financial success
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels among business, IT, and relevant stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools such as waterfall, agile, and scrum
- Strong skills in planning, issue escalation, problem resolution, and metrics reporting
- Experience managing conflicts and maintaining effective communication in project environments
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project Management experience in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years of strong functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations
- 3+ years of experience in multi-hospital and large project management
- Project Management Professional certification
