What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead multiple concurrent federal construction contracts from project initiation through closeout
- Oversee project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance
- Monitor project financials, forecasts, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contractual and corporate requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements
- Foster a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Science, or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience; or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
- Strong understanding of project financial management, staffing models, and labor utilization
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams
- Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and compliance frameworks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with project management systems such as WorkBench or similar platforms
- Prior experience supporting USACE or other federal agencies
- Strong background in construction operations, QA/QC, or project controls
