What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and execute complex federal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
- Coordinate with federal agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and meet project deliverables
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain comprehensive project schedules and track milestones to meet deadlines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10 years managing State, Municipal, and Federal government projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Active or ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP certification is preferred; Six Sigma and OSHA 30 certification are a must
- Experience in Design-Build (DB) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects
- Familiarity with federal contracting procedures and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
