What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and execute complex federal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
Coordinate with federal agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and meet project deliverables
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Maintain comprehensive project schedules and track milestones to meet deadlines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years managing State, Municipal, and Federal government projects
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Active or ability to obtain federal security clearance
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP certification is preferred; Six Sigma and OSHA 30 certification are a must
Experience in Design-Build (DB) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects
Familiarity with federal contracting procedures and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
