What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the total implementation of complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple systems
- Lead application approvals through IT governance phase gates and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, effort, and costs for implementing requirements
- Identify and communicate risks and issues, tracking to closure while anticipating potential problems
- Oversee project documentation, manage resources and budget, and report project status to stakeholders

- Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies for resolution
- Leadership skills with the capacity to manage large and diverse teams
