What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the total implementation of complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple systems
Lead application approvals through IT governance phase gates and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, effort, and costs for implementing requirements
Identify and communicate risks and issues, tracking to closure while anticipating potential problems
Oversee project documentation, manage resources and budget, and report project status to stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in managing large-scale application development projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high-stress situations and multitask effectively
Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies for resolution
Leadership skills with the capacity to manage large and diverse teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the privacy/HR space with third-party vendors and IT integrations
Background in risk mitigation planning and conflict resolution
Demonstrated big-picture thinking and attention to detail
