What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, setting priorities and resolving conflicts
  • Ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
  • Monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, aiming for results within or below financial targets

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects (>$50M) with experience in cross-functional or international teams
  • Strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills, including managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
