What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, setting priorities and resolving conflicts
- Ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
- Monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, aiming for results within or below financial targets
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects (>$50M) with experience in cross-functional or international teams
- Strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills, including managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing vendor relationships
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
